Progress for Goal #1

I'm going to be pretty straight here:


When I started trying to lose weight I was 67.15kg (about 148lb) and I'm about 5ft 5.5in.


According to my specialist, I'm aiming for about 59kg (about 130lb). This number came about via a bunch of tests my naturopath did and was generated by a computer, but realistically 59kg could potentially make me look ill. Anywhere between 60-61kg would be ideal.


However, I normally go by how I look, how clothes are fitting and how I feel because I know there are a ton of factors that influence what the scales show. Given eventually I'll be trying to gain muscle, it's unrealistic to expect the scales to continue to show losses.


I'll be posting pictures every three weeks with my progress results.

Waist: 83cm
Hips: 100cm
Upper arm: 28.5cm
Upper thigh: 54.5cm
Calf: 36.5cm
