The Last Hoorah!

So tonight will be my last drink for hopefully quite some time.

I'm not going to say I will not be drinking this year, because I'm 21 and it's not a realistic goal for me to set. I probably won't be getting drunk next year, though, and will stick to a couple of drinks on special occasions like birthdays, holidays etc.

Today I'm doing some prep work for my resolution because here's a hot tip:

Planning is super important to keep on track.

This mainly involves me chopping up some veggie sticks, cheese portions, dividing nut portions, planning some breakfasts and mapping my exercise goals.
